The property programs provide a meeting point of disciplines concerned with property valuation, investment, asset management and development.

Bachelor Business Management (Real Estate & Development)
Aims to provide a framework for property professionals at undergraduate level This program cover property valuation (urban, statutory and rural), property investment, facility and asset management, property law and property development. The program is accredited by the Australia Property Institute, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)and leads to registration as a valuer in Queensland.

Master of Property Studies
Aims to provide a framework for property professionals at post graduate level (Graduate certificate, Graduate Diploma and masters levels). These programs cover property valuation (urban, statutory and rural), property investment, facility and asset management, property law and property development.

The program is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)and the Australian Property Institute and leads to registration as a valuer in Queensland.
